Administration and accounting firms

We are looking for administration and accounting firms with a strong position in their region and a stable client portfolio within SMEs. Ideally, offices have:

1. Revenue between €0.5 and €1 million;
2. An owner or partners considering succession, growth or strategic collaboration;
3. Healthy profitability with improvement potential;
4. Based in the northern half of the Netherlands.

We have taken a majority stake in an office in Almere and are looking for specific add-ons in that region in particular. We are also open to other regions.
