The business is a provider of software and hardware for time recording and access control, document management and planning systems for construction businesses in the Benelux. The hardware for facial recognition, fingerprints and RFID chips for employee identification is assembled in-house. The company's activities are scalable: the business model can easily be scaled up to new markets and sectors. Since all the software is already operational and the R&D activities for the hardware have already been done, profitability is very high.

For a number of years there has been a framework contract for delivery for all projects in the Benelux from an international listed construction company with more than 60 subcontractors and more than 8,000 workers. The intention is to extend the service to all other regions of the world of the construction company in question. There is also a contract with a smaller Dutch construction company.

Business activities
On-site hardware installation and disassembly is outsourced. No employees are employed. Due to fewer permits for new construction projects from the current major customer, revenue is declining. The average revenue of last 5 years is €100K excl. VAT. With the right efforts the revenue can be increased significantly and with that the profit.
