Description

Project Titanflow is a profitable Malaysian business focused on the engineering, manufacturing, assembly and testing of high quality pumps and pump skids for leading customers in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power and water sectors. The company operates in Malaysia, Southeast Asia and abroad and works for parties such as GE Power, IHI/JEL, Petronas, SOMV, Bumi Armada, Toshiba,Wasco, CTCI, among others.

Core business

Engineering, packaging and manufacturing of API and non-API pumps.
Production of pump skids and modules.
Performance testing of pumps with modern testing facilities.
After sales service and supply of spare parts.

Organization
Titanflow has its own engineering office (about 20 employees), a 1,000 m² production hall and advanced testing facilities. In addition, a sister company with a valuable Petronas license for the Malaysian oil and gas industry is part of the sale.

Reason for sale.
The current owner has reached retirement age. He is Dutch and lives partly in Malaysia and partly in the Netherlands. The daily management of the company is in the hands of a local manager.
