• The company is able to assemble dormers within one day, without compromising on quality.
• The company is located in the province of Drenthe, and currently covers with its assembly mainly the regions Drenthe, Friesland, Overijssel and Groningen. Further scaling up of production is very possible given the demand. For further nationwide assembly, equipment drive times must be taken into account.
• The company sees growth opportunities outside the Northern Netherlands and is focusing on a franchise model. This offers franchisees the unique opportunity to sell and/or install dormers in their own region, while the company takes full care of production and delivery. Currently, the company is in concrete discussions with a number of potential franchisees and expects to be working with 3 franchisees by the end of 2025.
