VvE Beheer organization sought for acquisition

The searching party is looking for a VvE management organization in the regions South Holland, North Holland, Zeeland or Brabant. It should be a company that can complement or strengthen the services of the buying party. Organizations with a strong focus on board activities, meeting support, budget preparation, contribution management and financial statements are of particular value to the seeking party. Specializations such as managing a reserve fund, handling division deeds and preparing multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP) also fit well with the buying party's ambitions. We are interested in parties that can support the searching party in scaling up, regional expansion or strengthening our current expertise and services.
