Informal investor seeks MBO candidates at businesses in the (technical) wholesale, industrial and manufacturing sectors. Preferably operating in a niche or specific market segment, focused on relationship management with a loyal customer base and recurring revenue (non-project business). Through a joint acquisition, based on the cooperation of an internal MBO candidate(s) and an informal investor, there are opportunities to further develop the business with new energy in terms of product portfolio, internationalization, innovative solutions, adding service and maintenance (if possible). We can also see if the business can then be a starting point for applying a buy & build strategy.
