We are looking for parties active in the design, planning and transformation of outdoor space for residential areas, business parks but also for individuals and both new construction and renovation.

Details
The party sought is preferably located in North Holland, South Holland, Flevoland or Utrecht and has between approximately 5 and 25 employees. Ideally, the project management will be filled internally or there are employees with managerial capabilities who can fulfill a management role together with the buyer after transfer.

Possible transaction
In addition to a full acquisition, the buyer is also open to a strategic partnership, within which a stake to be determined will be taken in the Target. This can take the form of either an equity or asset/liability transaction.
