A small accountancy practice is sought for a merger or acquisition. Regardless of the form, it is essential for continued success that the selling accountant stays on for a longer period of time (at least 3 years). This can be as a member of the MT or as a partner.

The entrepreneur/accountant sought is expected to have a pragmatic approach, with an eye for the SME client. If this is combined with an open personality and sense of commerce, there may be a good match. It is preferable to partner with a firm with a portfolio of up to €600,000, but accountants without staff are also invited to respond.
