We are actively seeking Administration Offices, Tax Consultants and/or portfolios for (complete) takeover. We are also interested in the (partial or complete) acquisition of portfolios of accounting firms that are not subject to audit.
Details
Given our growth ambitions, we are looking nationwide. Portfolios of between €50,000.00 and €5,000,000.00 per year. Both interested in online players and more traditional offices. If employees are present that is a plus but not a must. Staying on as owners is possible, but a quick exit is -within reason- also definitely negotiable.
Special attention
Due to a recent acquisition in the Utrecht region, we currently have special attention for offices and/or portfolios in this region. We would like to merge one or two more offices to create a larger whole for this branch. Furthermore, we have developed a preference for offices which have experience with Yuki. Again; this is not a must, but certainly an advantage.
