For a medium-sized, professional and well-established accounting firm, centrally located in Twente, we are looking for an acquisition opportunity of an accounting, tax advice or administration firm preferably also located in Twente but in the vicinity is certainly also an option.

Office
The seeking party has a small but solid practice of its own and wishes to expand it through an acquisition. To keep things manageable, we are initially looking for an office with up to € 300,000 in revenue.

Growth ambitions
The entrepreneurs of the firm being sought have the ambition to grow at an accelerated rate. The existing office is running well, the clients are well served, the automation is in order and the desire is to grow further.
