Production is outsourced through partner yards and sales are through brokers; thus, the company operates in a proven market with a scalable model. The target market consists of both B2C and B2B customers. Business customers include recreational parks, rental companies and property developers.

The product is distinguished from alternatives by its quality, durability and aesthetics. An additional advantage is that obtaining berths for this type of boat is relatively easy. The organization is set up 'agile' with limited fixed costs and is not site-bound. Cooperation takes place with partner shipyards (production) and brokers (sales). The earlier show model was located in Sneek, but has since been sold.
