In view of further growth opportunities, combined with their own age and the lack of internal succession, the current owners believe that the continuity of services and personnel can best be shaped by a party that has the right strategic vision and can take charge of the management.

The organization
The business exists for 20 years and is a total service provider in the (niche) market of data centers. The business supplies specific products, installs ups systems, batteries and everything that comes with it. It relieves the (end) customers and contractors from its own vision by doing all installation work, cleaning work as well as monitoring and replacing batteries correctly when necessary. The company and its employees have all the necessary certificates required by laws and regulations. Partly because of this and also the idiosyncratic, solution-oriented way of doing business, the business is in demand and a well-known player in the market.

Business activities
Most of the work (on installation) is performed under subcontract through contractor companies. This is often done at the express request of the end customer(s), who own data centers or make use of the facilities therein. These include the well-known and less well-known Tech businesses, financial and business institutions as well as government agencies.
