Tanning studio with 6 booths

The core business consists of offering tanning and a separate service for teeth whitening. The studio has 6 booths/rooms:

• Ergoline 880, 1100, 1400, 1600 and Light Vision
• A furnished teeth whitening room with 2 chairs

Target group
The studio caters to private customers, with a broad target group of approximately 18 to 70 years of age.

Organization and location
The studio is located in a rental building (about 300 m²) with good rental conditions. There is an additional space of approximately 30-35 sq. ft. available that can be used for rental or expansion. The location is equipped with a new alarm and camera system with control room connection and three ceiling air conditioners for cooling and heating. There are 5 experienced employees present who remain employable after transfer.
