The reason the business is being offered for takeover is the fact that the current owner wants to step down, particularly due to his age. He would like to participate in a smooth transfer by remaining available for a while longer.

Offered interest
The shares of the company are offered for sale. The company will be delivered without excess cash and cash equivalents and without interest-bearing debts and with an acceptable equity (cash and debt free). The effective date is January 1, 2023. Both an MBI candidate and a strategic buyer wishing to expand its business are possible acquisition candidates in our opinion.
