Real estate manager/broker

The company was founded in 2011 and over a number of years was built by the owners into one of the larger offices of a medium-sized city in West Brabant. The activities include:

• Technical and financial management of residential properties;
• Calamity management;
• Maintenance inspections;
• The rental of residential property;
• Advice on rent, advice on laws and regulations;
• The screening of prospective tenants;
• Drafting rental agreements;
• The completion of properties with new tenants;
• Final inspection of properties with departing tenants;
• Administration and collection of rent payments;

Business operations and location
Business operations are conducted from a VOF. There are currently over 200 independent properties under management and approximately 100 mediations are achieved per year.

• The company is located in the center of a medium-sized city, home to many expats and students;
• The commercial building is owned and is not part of the transaction, possibly the office can be rented;
• Clients include both professional investors and high net worth individuals.

Reason for sale
The reason for sale is that the current entrepreneur wants to pursue other activities outside the real estate business. In addition, the entrepreneur will retain half of the portfolio, which will be managed in another region. After the sale, the entrepreneur will no longer perform management and/or rental activities in the region to be sold. Entrepreneur works full time, in addition to three employees.
