Ambulatory youth care organization

The organization provides families, children and youth up to age 27 with social-emotional developmental delays and/or psychiatric problems with comprehensive outpatient youth assistance. Services include outpatient counseling, youth and parenting assistance, family coaching, training and workshops.

Business activities
Using a unique methodology, the organization focuses on metropolitan youth, young adults and families who are stuck in their development. Through high-quality matching systems, clients are matched with the right youth professional, resulting in sustainable behavioral improvements in a short period of time.

Growth opportunities
The business has contracts with several large municipalities and sees significant growth opportunities in cooperation with system providers/principal contractors. Over 200 clients are assisted annually, paid for entirely from Care in Kind (ZIN). The organization has an excellent reputation in a large working area in the Western Netherlands.

The team
The team consists of approximately 30 employees (over 20 FTE) and is managed by a self-managing management team with a broad network in youth care.

The organization is HKZ-ISO9001 certified and WTZi-recognized by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.
