Company is nationwide, medium-sized (about 50 employees), manufactures and assembles aluminum balustrades. An MBI candidate is sought to succeed the founder of the company. Currently the shares are owned by the founder and an investment company. The possibility exists to take over shares of founder, the investment company will remain involved.

Desired background MBI candidate

• Technical background with strong commercial profile;
• Demonstrated experience in scaling up manufacturing businesses;
• Experience in the construction sector with a wide network;
• Experience in outsourcing manufacturing is a plus;
