Majority stake in nursing home for the elderly (Spain)

A nursing home south of the city of Barcelona (approx. 20 minutes), with 72 permanent places (resident) and 15 day care. 8 resident places will soon be added (already approved and funding already received), with an additional 16 places in a 2nd phase thereafter. The operation involves selling a package of shares (majority) in the operative BV. This BV in turn owns the building and land.
