A logistics business with a strong financial performance. The company has a modern warehouse and several of its own trucks, with which warehousing and forwarding work is carried out for mostly regular customers. So-called 'value added services' are also carried out for several of these regular customers, such as labeling, modification of products, order processing, transport documentation, etc. Approximately 50% of revenue is realized with warehousing activities.

Location
The business is conveniently located geographically, including for the purpose of international transportation.

Transfer
The current shareholders are operationally, substantively involved. Their activities will have to be absorbed by (staff of the) buyer upon transfer. Of course the sellers are willing to realize a suitable transfer (term) in consultation with the buyer.
