Intramural WLZ care group

The company was founded in 2016 by two entrepreneurs with backgrounds in care & wellness and business management, respectively. The care location opened in spring 2019 and was fully occupied within months - a direct confirmation of the structural demand for small-scale inpatient elderly care in the region.

The operation is set up as a franchised WLZ care operator with 28 inpatient places, supplemented by care services for clients in assisted living facilities. In 2023, the care and residential operations were formally split into two separate operating companies, ensuring transparent accounting of both income contributions.

After seven years of construction, the company is on solid financial footing: debt-free, proven dividend history and an occupancy rate of nearly 100%.
