Innovative patented products for construction

These are two fully developed and patented products. These are solutions for flexible, durable and user-oriented incorporation into the walls or floors of any building.

Wall system
The first product offered is a wall system with which cables for electricity and data are concealed invisibly in partition and false walls. Connection points can be fitted anywhere in the wall. A removable plinth keeps the cables accessible at all times. Additional connection points, installations and data can also be added without milling and new wall finishes. There remains complete freedom to immediately rearrange spaces. A building can thus be quickly adapted to changing needs and new users. There are significant cost savings over the life of a building.

Innovative tile
The second product is a tile laid directly on the leveling layer with slots for all possible relevant pipes: water, heating, ventilation and the innovative horizontal sewer. It can withstand heavy loads and is suitable for any floor finish. The tile offers the user unlimited freedom in room layout. This is a unique product.
