This business is an ICT service provider specializing in unburdening its customers for all ICT support (hardware/software and support). Started by an experienced ICT specialist who - together with the later joined other shareholder - has brought this where it is today. Established customer base built up with SME customers in the service, financial, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. In house knowledge of all common systems that companies need to set up and support their ICT infrastructure (also outsourcing for organizations that do not have the knowledge, hands and experience to do this in-house). In addition project management skills particularly with both owners to carry out ICT strategy, implementation and migration projects.

Activities consist of setting up, maintaining and supporting ICT structure that organizations in these days need for running their business. In addition, setting up and supervising ICT strategy, implementation and migration projects in order to supervise from A to Z a change or change within an organization.

Business activities

• Proactively manage, maintain, monitor and secure on-prem infrastructure such as servers, workstations, network equipment or facilitate hosting thereof (managed cloud / colocation);
• Supply, implementation, maintenance and support on public Cloud products from Microsoft (including Microsoft 365 and Azure services);
• Supply, implementation, maintenance and support on application and data infrastructure (including virtual workstations);
• Telephony (VoIP), mobile telephony, Internet lines and connections (SIP trunks, mail gateways).
