This start-up operates with mobile kitchens at street food and food truck festivals. The business provides freshly prepared food for immediate consumption. The first mobile kitchen will be operational by May 2025 in the city of Nijmegen with a turnover forecast of €400,000 per year. The objective is to position three mobile kitchens in the city of Nijmegen at strategically busy locations. The turnover target for the three mobile kitchens (including pancakes, pizza, breakfast) should be 3 x € 400,000. This is reasonably achievable, given the permit to be in the city three times a week and the interest from contemporary professionals.

The kitchens are executed as trailers and thus fit well into the green thinking of municipalities, festivals and events. Currently, wholesalers, coffee and soft drink companies are very keen to join as suppliers. This choice has not yet been made.
