The first partner started as a sole proprietorship in 1998. Through training and experience, he chose to offer all services: from an initiative to completion. That included construction. The business began to grow. In 2013, it became so successful that expansion became necessary. With the new partner, a VOF was formed in 2013 on an equal basis. This partner took the entire construction department under his responsibility. Since that time, the workload of both departments has increased enormously. Because the workload keeps increasing and the partners are looking for a good balance, the company is now offered for sale, with both partners wanting to stay on for the next 5 years. The company has many loyal customers and almost recurring revenue.

Partner 1
Partner 1 (Architect bna) with his team takes care of construction documents from design to completion. All work can be provided from his own organization. This includes - among other things - a feasibility analysis with an overview of the construction costs, the architectural appearance, working out SO, VO, DO and TO drawings, making a fire safety plan, making BENG / MPG / Aerius and building code calculations, supervising the construction and aftercare. In preparation for the upcoming Environment Act, this associate is a quality assurance officer and will take a course with an instrument provider in the fall.

Partner 2
Partner 2 (Registered Structural Engineer) takes care with his team of construction calculations, detail calculations and principle construction drawings of own work and work for third parties. The construction work is comprehensive such as piling, foundation, steel, timber and masonry calculations. Partner 2 worked in steel construction as a draftsman and structural engineer from 1987 to 2013. As of 2012, he is a registered structural engineer.
