The store is in good condition and has been growing about 19% every year since it opened. Year 4 seems to be heading that way as well. The owner has significantly more staff costs than necessary due to personal circumstances. Most of the year it is 1 FTE (self standing) and only during the holidays real staff is needed. The €20,000 current profit is therefore fairly easy to increase to €35,000. There are also likely to be opportunities in new lease negotiations, when taking over or extending the lease.
