Holding-BV

The company is set up as a holding structure and forms one fiscal entity. Within this structure there is one BV with one shareholder, including a financial holding company. Under this holding company there are three working BVs.

Organization
One of these operating companies has been active in the temporary employment sector for more than 35 years and has the necessary connections with, among others, the Tax Office and the UWV. This BV falls into the low-risk category. The entire administration, including the administration of the temporary workers, is handled by an external accounting firm. No employees are employed. A second work BV has a horticultural and agricultural background. The third working-BV has a service and/or financial background and is currently inactive.

All BVs have a bank account at Rabobank. There are no assets within the BVs and no persons are employed. If desired, the current owner can continue to provide services for the BVs after the transfer.

Suitable for
The BVs are relatively empty and have traditionally had a focus on services and the staffing industry.

Strengths
The BV are readily available, supported by an active accounting firm, with opportunities to involve the current owner in the business.
