The company is conducted in the form of B.V.. The management team consists of the two board members, supplemented by two key-persons. In addition, 70 employees are employed in the position of branch managers, delivery staff, sales staff and production staff, among others. In addition to the bakery, the company now has several sales branches, with or without lunchroom. The bakery is owned by the holding company; the sales branches are all leased. The bakery is located in a representative and conveniently situated business property, which can be purchased or leased.
