Accounting SaaS startup

A startup offering an automated solution in the field of complex accounting issues related to mergers and acquisitions through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The company is in the startup phase and is seeking growth capital in exchange for a minority stake. In addition, the acquisition candidate can offer added value in terms of technological expertise and/or knowledge to achieve the targeted commercial growth.

Details
The four-member team consists of experienced financial professionals who are already active in the industry and thus know the market well. The team sees an opportunity to automate the current standards through a software. The target market is global and includes all businesses that need to process intangible assets and goodwill in their accounts after an acquisition. After an initial round of financing, the software is currently being developed.

Transaction
Growth capital is needed to gradually roll out the software internationally and add additional functionality to the software. The current shareholders are willing to sell a minority stake in the company to achieve the targeted growth. An investor with technological knowledge and/or (commercial) SaaS experience is preferred.
