The company is a professional home care organization providing domestic support services under municipal Wmo contracts. The services are aimed at clients aged 18 and older with a Wmo indication and aim to prolong independent living and strengthen self-reliance. The organization is ISO 9001-certified and can continue domestic help when clients move on from Wmo to Wlz, as it works as a subcontractor with several Wlz providers.

Company activities
The company provides domestic support in three levels: basic (regular cleaning), plus (extra support with structure and signaling) and intensive (full takeover for more complex issues). Implementation takes place within long-term municipal contracts in kind, spread over two core regions in Central Netherlands and South Holland.

Market and clients.
The main clients are almost exclusively municipalities. The company serves approximately 1,200 clients through five municipal contracts and has also entered into new contracts that contribute to further growth. Due to the recurring nature of the contracts and the public clients, credit risk is relatively low.

Strengths.
The company has an established market position since 2019 with a scalable and capital-light business model. The workforce has grown significantly to over 80 FTE and revenue has increased more than 70% in three years. After ending a loss-making project, the core service business is structurally profitable with a normalized EBITDA margin of approximately 8.5%. The organization has a loyal and experienced team with knowledge of the social domain, professional governance (including works council) and limited dependence on the directors due to a second management layer per region.

100% equity interest offered. A phased transfer and exit of current management is negotiable. The proposition is suitable for both strategic buyers and financial investors.

The company offers a stable foundation with long-term contracts and a loyal staff base, in a market with structurally increasing demand due to an aging population and rising WMO spending.
