Description

A profitable staffing platform (EBITDA approx. €2M) and a complementary tech-enabled service platform with proprietary software and a filled pipeline are looking for one strategic partner together. Both platforms are independently profitable.

The two strengthen each other: one generates margin through in-house professionals, the other generates deal flow, execution and market intelligence through technology. The combination creates a flywheel that neither can achieve in isolation.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a strategic shareholder for 25% of the shares in two complementary platforms in the Dutch staffing sector. Issue of new shares - full proceeds go into the companies.

Investor acquires 25% in both entities via share issue (~€3.2M). The capital will be used entirely for growth - acquisitions and team strengthening. No cash-out for the founders.
