25% ownership stake in a physical therapy practice

Effective July 1, 2027, a 25% partnership interest (approximately 40 hours per week) will be transferred within a thriving village practice in North Holland. Starting earlier or joining as a self-employed professional is negotiable.

The practice
The practice is known for its personalized approach, close-knit patient base, and pleasant work environment. The new partner will work alongside three colleagues. The practice offers physical therapy and manual therapy, is affiliated with national healthcare networks, and provides specialized rehabilitation. The exercise room has recently been renovated, and there is room for the new partner to contribute their own ideas.

Reason for sale
After more than twenty years as a physical therapist and manual therapist, the current partner is taking early retirement and wishes to pursue a different career path.

Suitable for
