Specialized metal company

The company concerns an established and growing Dutch metalworking specialist, active in technically complex metal constructions for the telecom, construction and maintenance sectors, among others. The work mainly consists of drawing, welding, assembly and mounting. The metal constructions consist mainly of fencing, balustrades, telecom masts, etc.

Strong points
The company has recently renewed machinery and has sufficient available production capacity to facilitate further growth. In addition, the organization has strong knowledge and capacity in the field of work preparation and drawing, in which the added value of the company comes to the fore.

Organization
The company is a family business, in which two DGAs and the son of one of them are joint shareholders. The desire is for the two older shareholders to phase out over time, while the son, who is already a shareholder, remains actively involved and continues to grow within the company. Both current shareholders wish to remain actively associated with the organization for several years after the transaction. Their future role is further negotiable. The three shareholders therefore wish to continue building the company together with the right partner.
