DIY franchise store

The store is a DIY store located in an easily accessible area with ample loading and unloading facilities. The business operates as a franchise and serves both residential customers and businesses, with a strong base of loyal customers.

Business Activities
The product range includes hardware, lumber, plumbing fixtures, paint, adhesives, and tools. In addition to selling products, the business offers services such as custom paint mixing, custom wood cutting, key duplication, customer advice, and the measurement, fabrication, and installation of insect screens, window treatments, doors, and cabinets. A contracting company is hired to install doors and cabinets due to a lack of time and experience with installation.

A distinctive feature is the in-house sawmill, where wood is cut to size, even when customers bring their own wood. The staff has extensive knowledge of DIY projects and can advise customers on a wide range of topics.
