Camera systems for professional clients

A company that designs, installs, and maintains camera and video surveillance systems for professional clients. In addition to project revenue, ongoing maintenance generates recurring service revenue.

Activities and Products
Design, installation, and maintenance of camera systems for surveillance and traffic applications. The systems are controlled by software developed in-house. The company handles installation and maintenance itself.

Market and Customers
Exclusively business and public-sector clients (B2B). No consumer market.

Strengths
Proprietary software, ensuring the company is not dependent on an external supplier for system control. Delivery, installation, and maintenance all under one roof. In addition to project revenue, there is ongoing service revenue.

Opportunities and Growth Potential
The selling business owner is seeking a (strategic) partner to help the company grow further. This opportunity is of interest to strategic buyers and investors, as well as MBI candidates with technical knowledge of this market. It is less suitable for startups without a relevant technical background.
