Acquisition of WEB International by TMC Group

TMC Group has acquired engineering and consultancy specialist WEB. Rembrandt M&A has accompanied the shareholders of WEB in realizing this transaction.

WEB is a fast-growing engineering and consultancy organization based in Eindhoven, founded in 2017. WEB supports international high-tech companies throughout the entire product lifecycle, from consultancy and product development to electrical and mechanical engineering and software development.

TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company with approximately 3,000 employees in 17 countries. The business supports organizations in sectors such as technology, manufacturing, energy and life sciences with complex engineering and innovation issues.

With this acquisition TMC strengthens its position in project-driven engineering and responds to growing customer demand for partners who can carry complete engineering projects.
