Takeover of KC De Boomhut Ter Aar by Stichting Junis Kinderopvang

The consolidation in child care continues. Stichting Junis Kinderopvang has thus acquired 100% of the shares in KC De Boomhut Ter Aar . Rembrandt M&A assisted Junis in realizing this transaction.

Junis is a child care organization with more than 45 years of experience and over 90 locations in the Alphen aan den Rijn region. The organization provides high-quality care for children ages 0 to 13 and is known for its strong pedagogical vision and quality of service.

KC De Boomhut Ter Aar Aar was founded in 2013 and provides, among other things, day care inspired by the Emmi Pikler approach, out-of-school care with a focus on sports and adventurous outdoor activities.

With this acquisition Junis strengthens its regional presence and further expands its childcare offerings.
