Think2Act has acquired the shares in Sidcon Environmental Technology. Rembrandt M&A has accompanied the sellers in realizing this transaction.

Sidcon Milieutechniek specializes in the development, production and maintenance of waste solutions, particularly compactors. The company focuses on optimizing waste management by reducing waste streams. As a result, the company's products contribute to more efficient and sustainable waste processing. They are now in over 140 municipalities in the Netherlands and have further presence in some European countries.
