VDK Group has acquired 100% of the shares in SDR Elektrotechniek. Rembrandt M&A guided SDR Elektrotechniek through the entire sales process.

SDR Elektrotechniek BV is a family business with nearly 200 employees and over 100 years of history and is active in the design and realization of electrical installations in the Amsterdam region. With clients such as prestigious hotels and museums, housing foundations, healthcare and educational institutions and commercial buildings, SDR has built a strong regional position.
