This acquisition is the result of a strategic process and fits within a broader development in the installation sector.

In this context, De Groot Installation Group acquired all the shares in Electrotechnisch Installatiebureau Randstad. Rembrandt M&A acted as adviser to the seller.

𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗱 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗸 𝗕.𝗩 operates in electrical installations within the utility sector in the West Netherlands region. The shareholders had a desire to give the business and team a good future, but lacked a successor.

In De Groot Installation Group, a party was found with a similar DNA: a nationally operating family business with a focus on quality, sustainability and long-term cooperation in utilities and industry. The affiliation gives Randstad access to scale, support and knowledge within a broader organization, while maintaining the character of the business.

Rembrandt M&A guided the entire process with a clear strategic direction, with an eye for the people behind the business.
