KLM sells 75% of KLM Catering Services to Gategroup

Description

Gate Gourmet Switzerland GmbH has acquired 75% of the shares in KLM Catering Services Schiphol. B.V. acquired from Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij N.V. Rembrandt M&A assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.
