Oral Care Netherlands has acquired 100% of the shares in Tandartspraktijk Heerde and Tandtechnisch Lab Heerde . Rembrandt M&A assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

Dental practice Heerde

Tandartspraktijk Heerde is a family dentist located in the center of Heerde. In addition to general oral care, the practice offers specialty treatments such as orthodontics and implantology. Within the premises of Tandartspraktijk Heerde is Tandtechnisch Lab Heerde located, the lab specializes in dental technology such as prosthetics and crown and bridge work.

Oral Care

Oral Care is an international dental group with a network of oral care practices and laboratories in the Netherlands, Sweden and Norway. In the Netherlands, Oral Care now consists of nearly 50 oral care practices.
