Divestment of Alphatronics by TKH Group to Tenuro

Tenuro has acquired 100% of the shares in Alphatronics. Rembrandt M&A has assisted the TKH Group in realizing this transaction.

Alphatronics specializes in the design, development and sale of intrusion detection systems with its own brand UNii. In addition, the company is a distributor of video security, access control systems, fire detection systems and related accessories. With this, Alphatronics offers a total package for installers.

Tenuro

Tenuro is a Swedish investment company that focuses on buying European technical businesses. The business was founded recently and has made several acquisitions.

This carve-out fits within TKH's strategy of divesting non-core activities. With Tenuro as the new shareholder, the continuity of Alphatronics will be safeguarded and the focus will be on product development and growth.
