WiQhit, a Dutch SaaS solution specializing in personalization software for Web sites, has been acquired by Ternair. With this strategic move, Ternair - provider of data-driven marketing software - further expands its product offering.
The transaction marks an important step in the two parties' joint growth strategy.
WiQhit develops personalization software that allows organizations to enrich conversion-oriented websites with real-time, personalized content. WiQhit is designed for online marketers, digital agencies and e-commerce companies looking to improve conversions with smart personalization. The software enables clients to provide visitors with personalized and conversion-enhancing content throughout the customer journey.
Thanks to its plug-and-play design and broad compatibility with existing content management systems, WiQhit is quickly deployable and low-threshold to use. The technology acts as a digital salesperson that shows the right message to the right visitor at the right time.
