Match Plan accompanies shareholders of BIMlink with the transfer of its shares to KUBUS. KUBUS now offers the opportunity to merge the platform of BIMcollab and BIMlink to further grow internationally.

About BIMlink

BIMlink is an online building file for storing and managing information about every phase of developing, designing, constructing and managing buildings. All appropriate documents, drawings and models about all life phases of a building are available online, securely and in a structured manner to the project partners involved. All project partners have access to current data from the file relevant to them. In this way, the building is built and managed efficiently and jointly.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan has advised the shareholders of Bimlink from the moment they received the concrete interest from KUBUS. Among other things, we provided guidance in the negotiations, the agreement of the letter of intent and the transaction documentation, and the due diligence.
