Ondernemend Kapitaal expands portfolio through acquisition WIZ Reintegration & Coaching

Ondernemend Kapitaal has announced the new acquisition of WIZ Re-integratie & Coaching B.V., a next step in strengthening its investment portfolio.

This acquisition enables WIZ to grow further, with a focus on expanding its HRM services and strengthening the sustainable employability of Human Capital. This offers new growth opportunities and enables WIZ to serve its clients even better.

Broadening the portfolio

The acquisition of WIZ represents another step in broadening Entrepreneurial Capital's portfolio. WIZ has proven itself with its expertise in reintegration, coaching and HRM issues. Entrepreneurial Capital adds relevant knowledge and experience in the field of business development, capital and network and thus strengthens WIZ's position. The combination of experience and expertise enables Ondernemend Kapitaal to add value to the further regional growth of WIZ and other participations. The acquisition fits well within the existing portfolio of Ondernemend Kapitaal, which is active in various sectors such as industry, business services, healthcare and ICT.
