Eager marketing agencies Flik Flak, DRIIVN, Boest and Cowboys have officially joined fast-growing Newww Media Group.
With this acquisition, Newww Media Group expands its portfolio with strong niche agencies in the areas of TikTok marketing, performance marketing, online marketing for ticket sales and events, and recruitment marketing.
The four labels operate under the banner of Eager, an agency group based in Amsterdam, each with a unique focus. "With the addition of these agencies, we are strengthening our offering with specialty labels that each have a unique position in the market." said Marten Post, founder of Newww Media Group. "We already had a strong presence in online marketing with iClicks and Traffic Today, but the addition of Flik Flak, DRIIVN, Boest and Cowboys gives us even more specialist expertise. This offers our clients direct benefits and creates nice synergies between our agencies."
Newww Media Group operates a decentralized buy and build without private equity. This allows the entrepreneurs to retain the freedom to do business while still reaping the benefits of a collective. For the founders of Eager, this was decisive in their choice. "The autonomy we retain within Newww Media Group gives us the freedom to further develop our agencies in our own way, with the benefits of a larger network," says Wouter Aijtink, CEO of Eager.
Match Plan managed Eager' s entire sales process. The deal team, consisting of Rens Knevels, Lucas Troelstra, Sven Aaldering and Matthias Duijzer, was responsible for providing strategic advice, drafting the sales documentation, approaching and negotiating with potential buyers, coordinating the book examination and drafting and negotiating all legal documentation. The careful process resulted in a successful deal for all involved.
