With the successful transfer of its activities to Eigen&Wijzer, child care center Doerak is taking an important step towards the future, both safeguarding care in Makkum and creating new growth opportunities for the region.

Doerak, a trusted name in child care, has guaranteed continuity of care for children in the region through an asset/liability transaction. Owner Nathalie Hollerman was supported by Match Plan throughout the process, from valuation to completion of the transaction.
