Bitfactory joins NOBEARS Group

Bitfactory, a Rotterdam-based digital agency with over 50 experts specializing in custom B2B platforms, e-commerce, high-end software, apps and innovative AI solutions, is joining the NOBEARS Group.

This acquisition enables Bitfactory to continue its growth path together with a strategic partner.

Match Plan advised Bitfactory's three shareholders during the sale process. Two of the three shareholders will remain actively involved within the NOBEARS Group. The third shareholder will phase out his activities.

NOBEARS Group - Strategic growth move.

The NOBEARS Group, backed by investment company Synergia Capital Partners, specializes in digital solutions for e-commerce and business optimization. The group helps businesses in their digital transformation through innovative technologies and customer-focused solutions.

With this acquisition NOBEARS further expands its activities and grows its team to more than 170 specialists. Through the takeover NOBEARS now also has an office in Rotterdam. This in addition to the existing branches in Heusden, 's Hertogenbosch, Amersfoort and Utrecht. The cooperation enables NOBEARS to support clients even better in realizing growth strategies, brand development, digital transformation, process optimization and performance marketing. This is fully in line with NOBEARS' proposition: Accelerate Ambitions.

Collaboration with Match Plan

Initial exploratory talks between Bitfactory and NOBEARS began over four years ago. Immediately there was a good click between the two businesses in terms of culture and vision. After years of good contact, this was the right time for both parties to have serious talks about a joint future. Match Plan guided Bitfactory's shareholders during this process to reach a transaction.
