Sale Verhaak to PBS

Joanknecht assisted Verhaak B.V. in the sale to PBS Holding. The businesses fit together very well and saw many advantages to make the acquisition.

Verhaak is an importer and wholesaler of office and school supplies, with a rich history of more than 90 years. The owners of the Asten family business were the third generation. In addition to the wide range of basic items, they also focus on gift and seasonal products and offer private label products. Verhaak positions itself as a total supplier within the industry.

PBS Benelux is part of PBS Holding. A supplier of office and writing products from Austria, with a strong position in the European market.
