Purchase Knook by Marpa Holding

Joanknecht has assisted Marpa Holding B.V. in the purchase of Knook Breda B.V. and Knook Select B.V., whereby the due diligence investigation was also part of the advice.

Marpa Holding, a Netherlands-based owner of The Adventure, a Land Rover dealership in Den Bosch, acquired Knook Breda and Knook Select. Knook Breda, also based in the Netherlands, is a Jaguar and Land Rover dealer for Southwest Brabant and Zeeland, and Knook Select operates as a universal occasion center in Breda.

With this acquisition, Marpa Holding strengthens its position and market share within the Jaguar and Land Rover network in the Netherlands.
